Warm shower, apply Sanctury body lotion all over, lay on bed with duvet rolled down

Wet your sheet. Put the wet sheet on the bed. As the sheet dries out it cools your body down enough to sleep.

Works a treat on extra hot and humid nights.

A South African guy gave me this tip. With the water shortage there I don't think that's an option for him now.

I normally give Mr's Doublehunbon some sort of backhanded compliment and the icey reception she gives me for at least 12 hours is enough to cool any one down.
