Best movie sound track

I've been getting a lot of songs for my list of movies lately.

I think it's a good way to find less mainstream and forgotten songs

The Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2 have great sound tracks. And Baby Driver also has a great track list.

What's your favourite movie sound track?

Guardians of the galaxy has some great songs, any Tarantino film. The good the bad and the ugly, any film with a Ennio Morricone soundtrack.

Somewhere In The Ether…

Le Professionnel soundtrack by Ennio Morricone; You likely recognise the track instantly but very few people seem to know who composed it or from which film.

London

When I think of movie soundtracks I don’t think of a compilation of songs but composers soundtracks..although I would say a song you’ve heard a hundred times can suddenly be heard in a different light with a movie scene in front of it.

Composers like Kristof komeda who did a lot with Roman Polanski

Lalo Schfrin

Morricone who’s been mentioned

John Barry for things like The Ipcress File

The guy who did Road to Perdition?

David Shire

Bernard Herman who pretty much invented what suspense should sound like ...
