Free speech has consequences - he was warned by the judge when he was previously found guilty of contempt of court that any future violations would land him behind bars

The judge said: "In short, Mr. Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as 'Muslim paedophiles, Muslim rapists' and so on and so forth while trials are ongoing and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside."

The BBC report without risk of being in contempt of court. I haven't seen a BBC Report yet that assumes the Defendants are guilty while the case is still going on, or labels the defendants as "muslim paedophiles", etc. That is more than a subtle difference.

Mmmm have to have my say on this one. He reports on mostly Pakistani Muslims grooming gangs raping children yes. Normally when a paedophile is send to court the accused is shunned by their family and friends are appear out side the court trying to hide their identity. Unlike a lot of muslims paedophiles who arrive at court, with all their family, wife and children. Claiming the mostly white victims are white trash, sluts and white meat. Like in the grooming case in Newcastle. To me thats the difference a paedophile knows his or her actions are wrong. Where as a lot of most Pakistani muslim men and their family feel it ok the have sex with children.

Like I say not a fan of his at all I have been a long standing member of unite against facisim but yes he has reported in the Catholic Church long before now
