Would anyone recommend it if you've seen it? Is it worth 11 quid and a bucket of popcorn

Saw it yesterday. Buy your popcorn at the pound shop and smuggle it in. The air con was bliss. And yes it was a good Star Wars type romp of a movie.... I enjoyed it.

Scunthorpe

We went last night. It was a really good film, the casting of Hann was good and they pull in many story hooks that Solo mentions in the original Starwars films. All in all I really enjoyed it.

As a Star Wars podcaster the new trilogy films are leaving me feeling cold but this Solo Film is a solid 4 out of 5 and Ron Howard did a great job after all the sackings and reshoots.. Han and chewie fantastic great film seen it twice now

Yes. Watch it. I really enjoyed it. It's no rogue one but lots of promising stuff going on. Worth it, definitely.

Worcester

I have seen it.

I walked into this film with quite a low expectation as I didn't really enjoy The Last Jedi (I hyped that one up too much in my head), but I really enjoyed Solo. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Just come back from it and really enjoyed it. As mentioned answered some of the questions from the later films and well shot

Worth renewing meerkat for

I enjoyed it. Spoiler alert coming up..Went in with quite low expectations but it went along nicely. Don't think he quite pulled off the Han mannerisms but hey he had big shoes to fill right. Couple of things which were quite dark as well..Chewie being kept prisoner and literally chewing humans to eat. Han not having a surname and living on the streets were his parents murdered? Khaleese being a sex slave to Vision?

Just got back from watching it, went with an open mind and wasn't disappointed.

Far better than the last Jedi, and just as good as rogue one.

As a stand alone it's fantastic and as part of the star wars saga it fits perfectly.

A must see

Thoroughly enjoyable

Some issues with the story but overall it’s good fun.

Impressive casting, Han is very believable and chewbacca is an absolute dead ringer even nailed the accent !
