"Run out of messages"

I've seen this a few times on here - how many messages do you have to send in order to run out?

I think I've probably sent less than 30 messages the whole time I've been on here...perhaps this is where I'm going wrong?

As a single guy, is it just a case of playing the percentages?

I think if you're not verified you get less messages to send.

I might have imagined that though...
