After a few weeks not being bothered about eating healthy I'm struggling to get back into being good. What tricks do you use to get back on the wagon?

Just watch every day some documentary which shows people die due to bad health habits. No need to thank me.

Exercise in the morning when you have energy so that you don't put it off, and watch motivational videos on youtube

Understand that everything you do must be because you are doing it for yourself. You must want to do it, forcing yourself to do something you don't want to do will only end in failure. The only person who knows what will motivate you is you.

Bristol East

The first skirt I wore was a size 16.

I knew there were some things I could not change, and some things I could.

I stopped worrying about the former and concentrated on the latter.

I wear size 8 skirts now.
