Tandoori Chicken Biriyani.

Although very much depends on the accompanying sauce.

A very spicy keema madrass with chillies and spices mixed in. Also a nice keema rice to top it.

I don't get the ring of fire either. Perks of having some indiam blood I guess.

the curry gravy also has to be thickish not piss water

as ive tried many a curry shop

I can also eat a tindaloo but prefer vindaloo

also the yorkshire terrier get some as well but thats the chicken with some rice and curry gravy

Main stream would be chicken tikka pathia but if I was going authentic it would have to be a curry known only as a village byriani. Have it regularly when I'm back at my place in tenerife of all places. Long story but it's an Indian family who have set up business there and doing very well.

There are so many that I love... bhoona, patia, mirchi korma and Redfort delicacy. My local restaurant do others which I don’t think are either traditional or common recipes, and seem to have their own names, like nazneen and rhyani. I’m not sure I could pick a favourite. It’s like Sophie’s Choice, but harder.
