Having trouble building up to getting out of bed. Feeling very guilty at being still here, but it's warm and comfortable.

When was the last time you spent all day in bed?

I hate lying in bed - always feel like it's such a waste of a day.

Even at a weekend, I am usually up and about from half 6 / 7am, mooching about.

If I feel poorly sick, I normally head for the couch and the faux fur throw that was just made for them 'feel sorry for yourself' days
