I generally find that some who try to ridicule others who enjoy the gym have had a tough day at work and venting on the forums In answer to the OP, maybe you are receiving a few not my types and genuinely want to improve if so No 4 days is not enough With good nutrition and an honest work ethic and good plan results can be viewed within 2 weeks However I always reccomend training for health and life benefits not aesthetics per se , also it requires certain psychological attributes which some cannot maintain often their solution is to poke fun at others , well whatever makes you happy bruu x | |||
