Yes it does but other factors would have to come in to play.

No overtly strong smelling foods, curry, asparagus, cabbage, fish, even red meat can make your bodily secretions smell unpleasant and alcohol.

You'd have to drink lots of water as well and eat a hell of a lot of pineapple for the days leading up to when you want it to taste nice.
