All my friends would stop inviting me over party’s , to keep me away from their wives.

None of my friends know and if they did they'd probably laugh and make "nudge nudge wink wink" type references and ask about keys in bowls and the like

If I then told them I was bi too it'd probably bring on more merriment but eventually they'd probably take a "well if it makes you happy and you're ok with it" stance
