"Need ideas I have a garden full of rhubarb and loads of soft fruit later in the year ?" 500g chopped rhubarb. I used the pink bits in my gin and then used the greener bits in a crumble as it makes a better colour gin. Added 80g of sugar and mixed in a jar then left overnight to draw out the juices. Next day I added about 500ml of gin and left for 4 weeks, just giving it a shake once a day. It tasted sooooo good I made a second batch which will be ready this coming weekend | |||
