Need ideas I have a garden full of rhubarb and loads of soft fruit later in the year ?

I made a rhubarb and ginger but put way too much ginger in . So it was a bit meh... so on that note I won't share my recipe

500g chopped rhubarb. I used the pink bits in my gin and then used the greener bits in a crumble as it makes a better colour gin. Added 80g of sugar and mixed in a jar then left overnight to draw out the juices. Next day I added about 500ml of gin and left for 4 weeks, just giving it a shake once a day.

It tasted sooooo good I made a second batch which will be ready this coming weekend

Easy.... glass, ice, tonic. Done.

But don’t but Gordon’s....... yuck. I have ten Scottish gins and a welsh one just now the craft stuff is so much better than your usual supermarket stuff. After all you pays for what you gets.

But honestly google (other search engines are available) is your friend for gin recipes. Tonnes out there. You can even buy little kits of botanicals and things to put in your G&T to make it yummy.

right thats what I will be doing this weekend also someone inboxed me a vodka version! I might be gone a while
