Just putting this out there if anyone's struggling or needs someone to talk to.

This is of course predominately a swingers site but it'll also be good to make some friends too.

Most times I'm great but do have the occasional day where I just want to pull the bedcovers over my head and not come out till that black dog has buggered off again. Not quite a USP to go on my profile but happy to talk about it.

So anyone, and I do mean anyone... even flashers possibly

who needs to talk or even to rant let me know.

I just remember how hard it was when I felt I had no one I could turn to. So even if just by seeing this post one person talks to their wife for example it'll have done a good job.
