As the female half of an older couple, I look at the photos of the other couple which quite often make me feel insecure, my husband thinks I’m bonkers! But I think that’s women for you, can’t help it.

We fully understand that younger people are in to people older.

There's no question about that.

What you fail to understand is,that older people also have a preference in whom they wish to meet,and many,not all,but many don't wish to meet people their children's age.

You're not that young at 30 OP, with my former FWB I met 30 and also 19. I would meet 30 on my own too. XXX

Youngest I met solo was 35 I think. I prefer younger than myself. XXX

That’s true too, our eldest child is 25 so yes, would be weird.

We meet all ages, but through experience, we find the young folk tend to bottle out the most..we do have our preferences set to 35 and older now
