Huge congratulations OP, I’m always incredibly proud of people who quit smoking and it always makes me a bit tearful.

Waiting for the phone call to tell me my sister has died is agony. Lung cancer, kidney and adrenal mets and the sheer heartbreak and desperation that her own family are going though is just heartbreaking.

That's awful . . My mum died of breast cancer a few years back . She smoked all her life so I thought I owed it myself to stop . Thanks xx

Well done you. I worked with a chest physician for many years. I've seen the damage it does to your lungs. It takes a lot of mental strength to give up, so keep it up and resist the evil things

Easiest way to give up smoking is those patch’s. If you put them over your eyes you can’t find your fags.
