Ordsall Hall.. great place to visit ..it's free too...Just off Trafford Rd

You can swim in whatever,but i would advice a suit,i have a triathlon type suit for open water,it starts in june through to sept i think

Dont know yet,iv gone from 4 times a week to not at all,work has got in the way
