I find it so hard to find good ones! Any recommendations? Looking for big, firm, hotel ones that won’t deflate in a week

I'm in the exact same boat!

I never find any I like until I actually take them home & try them out.

I can’t get on with the goose feather. I’m also worried that it’s unethical, but I get the Silent Night Bounce Back pillows. Off eBay too and they’re really cheap

I just bought a mattress & 2 pillows from Bensons ... the pillow is the most comfortable thing I’ve laid my head on in my life, but it was ridiculously expensive.

Like £50 more than I was planning to spend expensive. Each (I had to get 2, I can’t have mismatched pillows!)

But once I’d tried them, there was no going back. They’re guaranteed for 5 years!

I’ve always avoided goosedown because of allergies but then read that that’s rubbish so I’ll check them out, thanks!

Yeah I always thought that was expensive but when you add up what I’ve spent on replacing mid-range ones I’m thinking I should just bite the bullet now

I think I’ve had them. But I’m sure mine flattened dead quick, maybe I just have a really fat head!

You're welcome x

It is worth investing in decent pillows, as you spend a significant chunk of time in bed, and good sleep is a big factor for good health.

Travelodge have a good night sleep guarantee, their beds and pillows are amazing! I'm sure I saw an advert in the room telling you where you can buy them from!

I actually love this thread!

I drive Adam crazy with the amount of pillows I buy! I buy new ones every other month! I love hotel ones and have tried all sorts but they never last!

Will be watching this thread with great interest!

Has Fab ever done a Crowdfunder before ha? I feel we need an extensive pillow study, this problem is clearly far more widespread than I first feared

Blyth

I just googled Gaillarde pillows and it took me to the site showing their bounce back pillows. The pillows were £7.59 each + vat and couldn't see any problem with buying them as was said in an earlier post.

We're on holiday just now but think I'll be ordering these when we get home.

Can’t get on with memory foam, it’s just too hot. I was one of those obsessive turn the pillow over in the middle of the night types anyway, memory foam makes the bed feel like we’re in a washing machine.

Oh! I have these things called chill max I think. Theyre pads you put under the pillow case that cool you down. They are amazing in the summer!

But yeah I slept on a memory foam bed and found it too hot.

We got Toyota mattress and pillows. The pillows contoured shaped for your neck. Never seen them in the UK. Very firm and support your head and neck.
