It's been a long time since we last moved 2001.

Roughly how much does it cost?

Also what would we have to legally disclose to potential buyers of our house?

Whilst we have never gone down official complaints with environment health regards noise.

We do have noisy neighbours both sides.

It depends if you're in the stamp duty bracket. Agents fees vary too but it cost us about 6k a couple of years ago.

If you're not sure about the neighbours thing ask your solicitor.

If you've not officially reported noisy neighbours, I don't think you're obliged to declare it. Check with your solicitor though.
