Wellingborough

I was hooked with the first episode, and went on to read the book on my last trip to the US.

The first series largely covers the content of Margaret Atwood's novel; series two is is gong to be a leap, completely, into the unknown with a set of characters and rules that are already in place.

As the post above points out, it is very disturbing.

"Oh,I thought you were going to Luton! "

Luton is rather dystopic, and the airport even more so.

Episode one was a blast; Aunt Lydia was back with her electric baton, we had vaginal ultrasound, a mock hanging, and how long does it take to burn someone's hand off on a gas burner?

But remember, it's all about the children

Aunt Lydia is not a nice person is she,she needs to die. Dreadfully. Scary stuff.
