But I'm asking you nicely to do it " it’s Sunday and it’s sunny. Treat today as your last day of freedom and start the new week as you mean to continue. I (Mr) decided I was 1-2 stone too heavy a month ago, I’ve eaten better, dragged my sorry arse out of bed 3 times a weeek to go r7nning ( done it 7am this morning) , hate every second of it but am persevering as I’ve lost nearly a stone already. We also have a sex event planned later in year and we both want to be in good shale for this, so that’s a motivator. Good luck Evie and be draconian on yourself, trust me!! | |||

I haven't deprived myself of anything and have still lost 3 stone. I did reach a plateau and that was when I started exercising. It's made a huge difference and I'm now losing again. I swim and do zumba and hula hooping with a bit of yoga now and then. I don't enjoy any other form of exercise so I don't bother as I know I wouldn't stick at it. | |||
