I went to nursery in Wimbledon in the mid 70s And the idle staff used to take us to the common and send us off to see if could find the Wombles. Lol

Btw I think some people are using Poetic License with the phrase "Hit"! One of those above I've never heard of only reached #17 in the charts!! I think minimum criteria should be top 10 or even top 5.
