I suspect it's not that, but something else. Call it experience.

Most people on here are single/part time/full time parents. I assume everyone has kids and has to juggle childcare with their sex lives.

Wouldn't bother me if a guy was a full time single dad.

I personally wouldn't bother me, but it would be another thing that could crop up to make meets difficult to arrange/are cancelled at the last minute.

It's not that fact you're a single dad. When im ready to settle down, I want it to be with a guy who already has kids because I don't want anymore of my own.

Whilst I'm on fab, I don't want to meet guys who have kids living with them 24/7. This is for the same reason I don't accomodate. It's not right to have sex with randoms in your home with kids under the same roof.

That's your kids home, they need protecting and their home shown respect.

I totally get that and would never do it while I had her at home

But would like some company when she ain't

But more then that like to.build a friendship as it is hard to get out and make new friends

Especially considering I don't know many people where I live

Doesn't make any difference to us. We will only meet at a club anyway.... granted it might be tricky to organise a sitter from 9pm til 3 or 4am but thats not our concern.

The fab guys I know who are single dads, don’t have their kids living with them full time but do have them a lot. I’m single with no kids of my own so I can fit round them and make myself available when they are free. So it’s not a problem at all for me. The fact that they are dads and plainly adore their kids is extremely endearing to me anyway. It brings out a different side to them which I find very attractive.

Full time single Dad here and the wonderful ladies and couples I have met are very patient and understanding. Some of them are single Mums / parents themselves (or have been and know what it’s like) so meets are important to get right, time for great sex is often rare and precious and not to be squandered. I always let someone know from the outset that I don’t get a lot of ‘time off for bad behaviour’ and that meets take a bit of planning, so they can choose not to go any further with me but every one of them has been okay with me putting my kids first, so thank you ladies, love you to bits .

This...as a former single Mum myself (kids now grown up and flown the nest) ive always worked full time Mon-Fri.

I would assume a full time single Dad doesnt work and is only available during school hours so wouldnt meet on that basis

If you worked as a full time single mum why would you assume a full time single dad doesn't

OP - it's the single guy effect on here. A woman could do anything and still be fighting guts off with a shitty stick but men who can't accommodate or are single parents are automatically assumed by some as married and cheating.

That makes no sense. You were a working single mum so you assume single dads don't work. Can't work out the logic.

If I liked you and I was concerned about scheduling and accommodation etc I'd just ask. Maybe some people can't be bothered with the potential hassle of arranging something with you so move into someone with less commitments. It probably means they weren't the right fit for you anyway if they were so impatient.

I'm a single parent so empathise with the the problems. Finding free time is incredibly hard, but that doesn't mean we don't deserve some fun when we're apart from our children. OP, it hasn't deterred me from meeting single fathers.

Its an observation from my own experiences. Ive met many single Dads over the years and the common theme is that they didnt work BECAUSE they had full custody of their kids. In all my time swinging ive only met one man who did work and that was quite recently.

I agree, writing about your availability and circumstances would be best written on your profile. Possibly along with other interesting facts about you, so that people you contact can get to know a little about you, before they decide whether to reply.

It might not be the single father fact that is the deciding factor. As a single mum, it is hard to find time for meets, but if your personality shines through, people will make the effort.

Yep stick it on your profile. It currently looks like any other single male profile so anyone looking to hook up with a single male probably expects them to be available anytime.

If they are contacting you and then discovering you are a full time dad they probably back off cos they realise you aren't just available on a whim.
