I'm almost 57 and until recently had a crazy time here on Fab doing better than most guys half my age but due to a recent heart attack it's stopped me temporarily while I get back to full strength.

It's your outlook on life which determines your swinging meets not always age, I've had ladies say sorry you are out of my age bracket then when I've met them in person it's a complete different story.

Try clubs OP or socials etc where ladies will get to know you not an age.

For me it's as simple as attraction. I'm not sexually attracted to older men. The day I decide to ignore that I might as well change my job and get paid for it. As an older woman who incidentally is older than your preferred age range, I don't feel I need to prove I'm better than younger women. I know and fully accept that for some people I'm just too damn old and despite my experience of life and sex am not what they're looking for. I freely admit that I can't. I'm happy being the age I am. I've had my go at being young

I actually like being the age i am, for all sorts of reasons and I think we change in what we're looking for, out of life in general.
