What simple pleasures do you enjoy the most?

Nothing to do with sex.

For me, fresh coffee in the morning from a bone china mug gives me great pleasure. (Tea in the afternoon).

Recently it’s been doing things to my house.. jet washing... painting the fence... with the music on and having a drink... it’s been a long journey to get here and now I’m here it’s such a lovely feeling!!!

Going into clean flannelette sheets (because in real life I’m actually 90!) on the bed after a bath. Feels amazing on your skin

And hugs. A really big bear hug from a mate, or my wee one, or pretty much anyone will make me smile.

And anything Salted Caramel from Hotel Chocolat.

Oh so many things:

That kiss and I love you mum in the morning when I drop my little man off to school.

The fresh air, smell of the sea, birds singing, that feeling of I can do this whilst out on my rd bike.

As Ive got older its the simple free things that make me smile and happy
