A sock and a fish slice,place sock on fish slice, spray sock with sun tan cream and rub on your back, works a treat for fake tan and I can't reach the middle off my back without being a contortionist, I can reach I just can't rub stuff in and otherwise end up with a tennis ball size white patch...

If you go to b&q they do mini rollers like you use for gloss paint work but with a 20 inch handle so you can roll behind radiators!.

Don't get the sponge rollers that they come with, get the slightly Shaggy ones.

Works a treat...a friend told me

I have a radiator paint roller also, keep in a plastic bag. Works very well if I could be bothered.

Burnt myself today as I didnt bother to cream my backside Now sitting is uncomfortable.
