"Chow mein zoodles with quorn and king prawns

What are zoodles?"

Spiralised zucchini/courgette! I was really sceptical at first but came across a great recipe and the zoodles are just like noodles! They hold up as good as real noodles and stay in lovely long, firm noodly, Well, noodles ! No carbs and really tasty

Did you have to buy a spiralizer for that or is there another way to make them??

I had mini gammon rounds with poached eggs and pineapple, butternut squash waffles, reduced sugar beans and loads of dry fried mushrooms.

It was a huge plate for only 6 points.

Got to love weight watchers

I bought a 6.99 spiralizer from Amazon which works great! You just manually twist the courgette into it then chuck it in the dishwasher! Takes about 10 minutes to spiralize 3 large courgettes then i stick it all in a colander tossed in a bit of salt for 10 minutes over the sink then chuck them in a teatowel and squeeze all the liquid out. Just use them like fresh noodles then. Sounds like a faff but it's really not

I see. The only other way I've seen it done was a guy made a high power diy spiralizer that was an electric drill with a potato peeler and it looked quite dangerous

Hahaha yeah I think the 6.99 I spent is probably a safer option! I've seen people use drills to do that with apples
