My BBQ has been used a few times this year already but I'm on the look out for some easy simple mouth watering ideas to add to my repertoire.

Get some courgettes and slice lengthways, scoop centre bit out and add tomato puree and some mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan and season, barbecue until all melty.

For delicious puds get banana in skins, slit through the skin lengthways and pour in some banana liquer and add a couple of sqaures of chocolate, wrap in foil and heat until gooey x
