Either or it’s not an issue.... I’ve had the pleasure of having both with my hubby!! We’ve been together 20 years and for about 18 of those he had a foreskin and the last two he obviously hasn’t.... I did miss his foreskin for a while but it just feel naturally that way now

it would have to be cut for me...i was born cut ...i only like looking at cut cocks lol
