In the evenings and weekends if I have stuff to do I'll make sure I don't spend more than an hour at a time. There are days when I'm feeling lazy or not well and I'm just chilling out I'll indulge myself occasionally and spend time online for as long as there's things I want to read.

I've never wasted all day on here. I used to spend too long mind as the subject matters were interesting and ensuing debates thought provoking/hilarious.

Nowadays the forums are snog/marry, who has the biggest (add body part of choice), gym/fat/short appreciation, why can't I get a meet threads.

Tick...tock...my life is passing by, there's less of it ahead than behind me so I tend not to waste it.

I'm at home most of the time and always logged in on ma pc, but I dip in and out inbetween playing Backgammon and using other non sexual sites. When I go out, I very rarely use ma phone, unless I'm stuck in a waiting room or something

Dip in and out during the day, if I have a break at work or on the bus it fills my time up a bit. In the evenings I come and go depending on what I’m doing.

Once upon a time the forums on fab were way more interesting , with an array of posters who actually had something interesting to say . It was harder to stay off them then than it is now .

It wont show you online if you are not active,if your inactive for over a few minutes it will show you offline even if your still logged in
