In all my time swinging no one has once asked to verify that everyone is std free. It seems it's just assumed they are and that the whole idea of even mentioning the subject is just going to be a major buzz killer that brings the party to a halt.

Within reason that approach is ok in a safe sex situation. But it totally breaks down when it comes to bareback. Of course I need to ask that question. Of course! And of course I need to see convincing proof. Of course! That's just not being utterly insane. That's completely reasonable. Yet in the brief (and I must emphasise fruitless) exchanges I've had with bareback couples my asking for this has been taken as an affront. Is it really? Isn't it more of an affront to me that you're asking me to place my long term health in your hands based on blind trust of a complete stranger?!

The upshot of it is always "well if that's your attitude you're not for us". So it seems the entire bareback scene is based on a no questions asked approach. Bareback itself may be risky. But add that immature approach to it and it's bloomin lunacy

It all depends on who you meet. To some extent, the phobia some single people have is reasonable. We only meet married couples like us or long term secure couples and we only have bareback sex. On the other hand, we stay well clear off bareback fanatics, gangbangers etc...

I’ve never seen a woman on here say bareback everyone I’ve seen is anti bareback,minus a few couples that is but as a rule 100 percent play safe and that’s the way it should be unless it’s your partner.Saying that it’s the choice of the people who do it just not for me!
