That's deffinitatly a mum body IM0. A physical feature that tells 10 fold of the individuals emotional and mental values more than any superficial aspect of it. Certainly never a feature that is a turn off to me as it tells of a person who has wisdom, life experiance and love to give.

I really like a dad body but not too big. No Stella bellies! lol. I don't like mum bods. Dislike my own and not into ones bigger than mine.

Eating healthy, never going above your daily calorie intake and any form of exercise, will work wonders on anyone.

After having kids I went from a size 14 to a size 8 in six weeks by doing the above. Fully intend on having that figure back due to putting on weight whilst at uni. Junk food student living and desk work = never a good mix lol! I was a size 14 now currently a 12.

Point is, if you don't like having a mummy body, you can change it! It's possible to look better then you did before you had kids. However, if you're happy as you are, fabulous .

I’m never going to be toned like that sexy goddess above me, but neither myself or my husband really want that out of life! To add to this as well, I’m seeing more and more people turned off by this paper thin men and women, or people who spend all day in the gym, and I have to say... I BLOODY LOVE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING.

The number of men we get contact ya thinking we will drop our knickers for them just because they work out is insane. Likewise the number of women we have spoken to and later had to do the awkward “fizzle out” with because they are thin as a rake but get 2 billion men an hour message them, so we should be greatful they messaged, is also insane.

You are who you are, and you can be whatever you want to be. This is why we love swinging so much. Because we meet so many different types of people, all sizes and races and genders, and aomw of them just glow with personality. When you sit talking with a paper thin 40 year old and a chubby 19 year old and you are ALL just as confident, friendly and engaging, that’s when you see it’s all good. But I’ve bwen on clubs before where women have openly did that look up and down and pull a face look. And guess who it always seems to be? The gym people that are so far uk their own arse they have no idea what day it is.

So wear your scars, your stretch marks, your slightly lose skin with pride, and hold your head high. You gave birth, you made the dream, so now enjoy your life because of it! C x

Loving this thread op. Well done.

I feel the need to say though, having a mum bod isn't just an excuse for being overweight!!!

We can all eat healthy and get exercise.

I'll admit that I carry some extra weight around my middle, which I'm trying to shift. My tummy will never be flat as I'll have a small pouch.

My body is what it is and I'm quite happy with it. Don't have a lack of interest on here or real life.

to more curvier women with larger busts and full figures to admire and explore!

Ultimately confidence and an outgoing personality is really what makes people attractive in our opinion! Xx

Somewhere nearby

Ive got a mum bod. I have huge issues with it and have always kept it covered up.

However since joining Fab, I’ve met some pretty cool people who helped me accept a bit more the way I am and a couple of times I’ve got naked, which is a huge thing. I’m not at the stage of swinging naked from the chandeliers, but give it another few months and you never know...

"Nik is pregnant now and she is smearing bio oil in as we speak to stop the stretch marks. Worked first time as she hasn't got any

Two pregnancies I used bio oil all the way through, and not a single stretch mark, it works "

Didn’t work for me unfortunately. I’ve always had skin prone to stretch marks. My first ones appeared during puberty when my boobs and hips grew. I’m absolutely covered in them since having children. Nothing I could do to stop them and nothing to get rid of them now.

"To add to this as well, I’m seeing more and more people turned off by this paper thin men and women, or people who spend all day in the gym, and I have to say...

LONDON (SE)

As a mum of 3 I've got stretch marks & loose skin, i used to hate how my body had changed dramatically after childbirth but that was then, now i wear my stripes with pride and if a little loose skin is the price i paid for 3 great, healthy children then i accept that proudly. If anyone doesn't like my body because of it, it's no loss to me

I fucking love the mum bod it’s up there with the glowing pregnant look. Women put way too much pressure on themselves saying they’re fat or unattractive when it couldn’t be further from the truth. They’re ‘tiger stripes’ are something to be proud of as it shows the length they’ll go to to bring life into the world. Hats off to you sexy bodied women!

We are what we are ... I am far from over confident, but it's my body, it has changed a lot since I had my first and changed dramatically after my twins and then again after my youngest. I have worked hard for years trying to better it. But peace comes in the acceptance of who we are in all of our forms throughout the different life stages. I, for years was desperate to sit on my husband's face lol and all the way through our sessions I would be like "go on do it!" But wouldn't. Then probably at my heaviest I thought what am I waiting for and I hopped on and even though daunting getting the positioning the first time, every time after that it made me feel amazing.

My body has changed again, I have lost 4 stone, then gained back 2, my boobs have shrunk after breast feeding and weight loss, I have new body changes to get used to. But that day I decided to accept my body and let go of my inhibitions: fuck naked, lights on, day time fucking, be touched and kissed on my wobbly bits and FACE SITTING (YAY!) was one of the most liberating moments and I am so happy I did. I am here now having a blast

Love mum bobs inc mummy tummies too. Met one woman once years back that kept hiding hers with her arm when naked. I said to her why pretend its not there it shows you r a mum and should be proud of it. So i moved her arm to one side and proceeded to kiss it all over even licking her belly button. After that we met a few more times and she never put her arm across it again she even started doing nude beaches as well i think that was a result in boosting her confidence.
