I am living proof it's possible to have a dad bod without actually having kids (unless I count my greyhound as a child, which I kinda do!).

Used to run marathons when younger but since I left uni six years ago a little tummy is always there. Anyone else grown to love their own Dad bod or anyone really into them?

I think a lot of women like a little belly. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

I got mine diwn by sit ups running and cutting down the beer.

I used to love sport, fitness and working out. These days it's hard to fit it in at the level I'd want. The nearest I get to a workout is playing subbuteo (should not have admitted that here!)

Toned is the one. I think men look at definition or see muscles they didn't even know about and appreciate the work and care.

Some of the guys on here just make me wish I was young and fit again.

Women definately like a big strong guy, but it varies within that.

Mr used to be into body building and was quite chiselled. Now with the army of kids we have he’s just a normal looking chunky bloke. That’s life though!

No real time for serious working out anymore with work and family life.

Fab has done wonders for my confidence in my dadbod! I do still go to the gym but I am by no means ripped... but you know what?... I don't care, I am who I am .. and I quite like me

DAD BODS FOR THE WIN! No seriously, love me a good Dadbod. I can't stand these majorly overtoned, I spend 27 hours a day in the gym types. Don't get me wrong, I don't exactly like a man who loses his keys in his folds either... But I like a bloke who doesn't worry too much and just has a laugh. C x

He just got upset that’s all, who wouldn’t get upset when *insert spoilers here*. I mean, it was in character.

It’s like in the new Jurassic world... if anything happens to blue I know he’s goig to go insane. Like I will.

Speaking of moments you randomly burst into tears, that but in guardians 2 where Ego tells him he put that tumour in his Mum... I don’t like either of us ever tested up so much at any marvel moment ever. Such good acting. C x
