I love them as long as they are just cooked but not over cooked.

My dog loves chasing one around the floor taking a leaf off every now and then until he has eaten the whole thing

Love sprouts. But for those who didn't like them as a child, I recently read that over the years they've been developing new sprouts that are sweeter tasting than the ones we had back then. Apparently the old ones were sour and very strong tasting (but I have always liked them)
