Is it a womans exercise? No. I do it once a week and I never sweated so much without moving out of my personal space. Except for sexercise.

Sting does! He looks awesome for his age.

I phoned the local yoga class and I asked if they could teach me. The man said "How flexible are you?" I said "I can't do Mondays or Fridays"

cannot recommend yoga highly enough for both women and men. Done correctly improves flexibility, strenth, and disposition.

I do it at home with my wife. But you have to be careful since doing it wrong can cause damage.

Yoga is conscious movement. This cannot be done incorrectly. Quite often people will go to a yoga class and exercise, rather than practice yoga. At times this can be detrimental to the body.

There will be many of you who have never been to a yoga class, but similarly, have an innate awareness of your breath and movement.

Tantric sex is where yoga meets sexuality. An in depth awareness and exploration of your body's senses and sexual energy.
