" Any significance I am itchy left nipple? " Good morning Evie. It’s your lucky day, I am Europe’s most eminent expert in this region - a region I refer to of course as papilla mammaria. Without conducting a thorough inspection I would suggest you have what is technically known as itchyleftnipitis. This is usually a harmless condition that goes away without treatment after a week or so. However, the healing proces can be expedited with certain treatments involving tongues and ice cubes. I would be very happy to give you a free consultation were our respecting locations more convenient. However, if you’d like me to confirm my diagnosis remotely then I’d gladly give it a go. Please send through as many pictures of the aforementioned area as possible. Every angle should be provided and for extra measure please also send pictures of right breast/nipple for an accurate comparison/assessment. You don’t need to thank me now, just doing my job ma’am. Yours faithfully, Doctor Nip.

"My left nipple is really itchy today! It's pierced as is its neighbour but it's only the left one that's itching. I need to go out later but fear I will be looked at strangely for pinching my nipple through my clothing (the only way to de with the itch!) Any significance I am itchy left nipple? " Not being alarmist but please get it checked. My friend had mastitis that began like that. Hopefully it's just a bog standard itch - most likely
