In the York’s Dales.

Breakfast in Ingleton maybe followed by a leisurely walk up Ingelbourgh.

Oh and applying lots of sun tan cream today. I have white bits. Or should that be two red bits.

I was meant to be going to London to take part in a five a side tournament at the team I support. But yesterday on twitter they said it's cancelled as they haven't got any goalposts for it!

To be fair when you support Leyton Orient you kinda expect the worst at all times anyway but this was a new level of incompetence for them!
