It goes well with mint or cucumber too. I'd stick the bottle in the freezer for a few hours and then drink it neat with some cucumber sticks in it.

Tried lots of new gins today at the horse trials....really liked the lavender variety from the Yorkshire gin company.

They did a tea infused one too which really was quite good

I've just drank half a bottle of Ron Barcelo in less than a day so fair to say I like rum, I am on my hols and it's free though so think it's allowed.
