WTF

I'm spending more than I actually use..Right now I can sy I'll call n be told they will refund it..

I've worked in energy before, I knew about the rises etc..

this is fucking ridiculous

Just speak to your provider, it’s no great drama.

Especially going into summer your usage drops and you can end up with credit on the account. Ask them to adjust your monthly payment and return the extra you have on there if you really want it back, otherwise it just credits against your bills.

Npower let you change your payments online when you are in credit. My payments rarely change

I have no heating on, fridge and my computer lol...£10 a week...and thats went up

I'm mostly out my house 5days a week 9am-9pm
