Ive broken my new guess handbag

The shoe repairer said he will try and fix it.

Dont say send it back cause i dont have the reciept and bought it when on holiday

i bought a bottle of bvlgari perfume once at Manchester Airport. Couldnt get the thing to work. Anyhow I contacte them direct via web site asking how or where to get this rectified. They asked for the serial number on the bottom of the bottle. I received 2 bottles of the same perfume from them within 1 week. Weeks later the original bottle started working.

So perhaps the thing to do is to do a similar thing and contact Guess directly and explain your predicament. It worked for me with Bvlgari

Think of the positives Diamond.

If you bought it from Spain it was probably a knock off anyway.

Check the logo, is Guess spelt Guesss or something, that is usually the give away.

Could you not try going into a store that sells Guess bags (Like Boros) and ask them what to do?

Shame as I love Guess handbags and they usually last forever.

If its a fault with the handbag then the guarantee is worldwide. if you take it into a shop they will be able to tell how old the bag is because the designs will change seasonally, therefore it is was less than the guarantee time they will replace. You don't need a receipt. I bought my sons Ipod in the Apple store in New York and there was a problem with the screen after 6 months and they replaced it via the UK outlet. That's if it was bought in store though, and as long as the authenticity is not an issue.

I know that my designer bag has a label of authenticity inside, but I dont know whether its the same for Guess handbags, maybe they dont.
