So I've been seeing as a fwb for 4 years. Just found out she's been sending nudes and stuff to my best mate.

She's always said she wanted to try a relationship for us. I was never sure... Glad I didn't now.

Should I call her out on it or just accept she's free to do what she wants ??

I don't think you're in a position to "call her out" since you are FWB and it was you who said you didn't want more.

She's free to do as she pleases but as it's upsetting you then you should talk to her and explain why.

Am I missing the part of the story where you think you have grounds to "call her out"?

You're not in a relationship with her and that is your choice. She is a free agent, just as you are. I assume your best friend is aware of all of this.
