Why have you got bow TV and a firestick? Just get Kodi and you won't need now TV, vigin TV. But if you're not into that. You can install now TV legally onto firestick and won't need now TV box thingy

Some come with a remote and some come with a switch on the box.

You just switch between the hdmi signals you've plugged into that box

You can buy a hdmi switcher for less than £25 on Amazon.

Just put your CCTV into your router and view it on your phones or tablets..

Surprised your installer didn’t do that as standard anyway.

Kodi all the way. You can cancel now TV and get virgin TV removed from account. Only have to pay for just internet and line rental. Save you about £60 a month! Look at YouTube review of Kodi.

Kodi will be blocked soon. Channels are already falling away.

Have you considered buying a mini PC? All your terrestrial channels will be available through online catch up accounts (4OD, Iplayer, ITV hub), you can access Netflix and stream any other online services probably a lot faster than with a firestick or virgin box?
