Although I have a couple pairs with 7" heels that are impossible to walk in (for me anyway) that are strictly bed shoes!

Heels also make a great substitute for spurs

Love my heels. At home they are on/off, mood dependent. In the clubs, they tend to stay on... unless the lady is a squirter then I remove them

Definitely keep them on! I will take some of the underwear off or push it down/up/across etc to gain access to vital parts, but always keep heels on and I don't do naked except with my long term partner.
