Does anyone go to Zumba classes

How energetic are they

I’ve been roped into going but dreading showing myself up at my age

Need to get toned up so thought it might be a good idea but now I’m having second thought

X

Norfuck! / Lincolnshire

I used to go regularly but gave it up after injuring my knee riding

It depends how much you put into it as how much you get from it. Does require a reasonable level of co-ordination

You’re friend will show you the ropes, give it a go! You’ll probably enjoy it

I used to go. Everyone is the same, they get confused and they get tired and they lose place. Just remember they're all absorbed in themselves and won't notice what you're doing!

My mum was going to zumba well into her 70s, so I wouldn't worry about being shown up lol. Said it kept her mind and body fit.

Never been to Zumba

But I’m qualified PT so if your thinking of starting training ... I could push you in the right direction

Zumba is ace

You can have a proper laugh, won't make a fool of yourself, it's all good fun.

That's what it's all about, as well as a good workout

Xx

Live in Scotland Play in England

Try following some routines in the zumba videos on YouTube to get a sense of what it could be like... I'd say it's similar to having an instructor at the front of the studio who you follow

Good luck finding something to get you active that you enjoy x

I second this. I've been going for a couple of year, my coordination is still shit, but my stamina is up and it's a whole load of fun.

Give it a go . Good luck!

Northampton Somewhere

I go a few times a week and have done for a few years. The great thing about it is you can put as much effort on as you like, the routines are quite repetitive so easy to pick up, the music is fab and it's fun to

Give it a (t)whirl you might love it
