The Bermuda Triangle in Suffolk

Have just seen that the OED (Oxford English Dictionary) are adding 2 new Suffolk and Norfolk phrases. Billywitch (cockchafer beetle) and Bishybarnabee(Ladybird) Last year they added "On the huh" which means lopsided or wonky in Suffolk. Also learnt that "Monkey's blood" is a North East phrase used for strawberry sauce and "Croggy" means to give someone a lift on your bike. So what other local phrases are there?

I told someone I'd send him for my messages yesterday.

Seems that's just a phrase for shopping in Scotland.

Northampton Somewhere

I'm from Suffolk, love the little twang.

'On the huh', not heard that for ages.

When you talk to older people from the area they tend to add 'boy' on a lot I seem to remember

Now now in South Africa, e.g. I will do it now now, could denote a passage of time, it could be 5 minutes or 5 hours or maybe 5 days.
