The need for decent post op physio is essential though. You won't be able to do much in the first few days/week but as you you can, small amounts of resistance to start building tendons will all add up. Knowing where to place bands around doors or bed ends etc in adv will be better than starting from scratch is what I mean. | |||

Check whether the hospital is doing the walk to the operating theatre thing. It makes a difference and means you heal quicker. Get up and move around as soon as they let you. | |||
