Rarely receive or send them - would personally rather send a message to someone that interests me than hope they even bother to look at their winks (which a lot don't)

Hardly ever look then bulk delete if I’m honest. I’m prone to sending a first message myself rather than randomly winking in the hope they’ll notice.

It annoys me when you get a wink, send the winker a message then get blanked. What's the point?

If i like the look of someone I remove the cloak of anonymity and check out their profile a few times, then maybe fab a few pics...

That always generates a message.. from them

Winks are a waste of time as hardly anyone ever checks them...me included

I think winks are more useful if a guy receives them.

A guy sending them is pretty pointless, as they usually get ignored.

But I’m always happy to receive a wink if it’s a sign of interest
