Who would of thought that these two big companys would merge together? Is times really that bad? 10000 could lose their job, what went wrong, whats your view?

I really have lost sleep over this. If they get the carrier bags mixed up well...... it beggars belief.... something should be done.

My closest is Tesco, so won't affect me much.... But I guess those 10,000 extra unemployed will boost lidl and aldi profits

Like Sainsbury's did with argos...jobs will go and there will be less competition. ..but hey ho shareholders will not lose out on it.
