Me too and same if you eat out- I've just been on holiday (in England) and managed to low carb for the whole week. Most places were willing to do me a omelette. Places like handmade burger company were great for meals out as I had a chicken "burger" bunless with a mixed leaf salad. At first it's daunting but once you start low carving is pretty easy

Get a muffin tin. Like a cupcake tin but depper.

Cut bread in to squares and remove the crusts.

DO NOT BIN THE CRUSTS.

put 1 pice of square bread in eatch cup of the muffin tin and push them down liteley so thay take the shape of the cup.

Using a brush, brush melted butter over the bread.

Get Smokey streekey bacon and wap 1 or 2 bits round every crust you had cut off drop tip to tip.

Put all in the oven bacon fingers on the top !

Wen harf cooked pall out the muffin tin.

The bread shood be the same shap as the muffin cups.

Crack and put 1 egg in eatch cup. DO NOT REMOVE THE HARF COOKED BREAD.

Add a dash of salt and pepper on top of eatch egg.

Pall out the bacon waped crusts.

Turn everyone uver to the other side.

Put everything back in the oven eggs on top shelf.

Back till cooked.

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

Huevos Rancheros is the breakfast of kings, or at very least Mexicans..

It is a sort corn tortilla, lightly fried to crisp it topped with either ground chilli beef or refried black beans (or both), a fried egg topped slices of avocado, pico de gallo, crumbled cheese and chilli flakes.

Served with a big dollop of guacamole and salsa picante with a side of bloody mary, its the only way to kick start the day...
