So we take care not to show our faces on our public pics on here but we have been recognised by someone we know do you think you’d be able to recognise someone on here without seeing their face?

I know my male friends profile cause he told me he was on here once and i looked for it one day and noticed two t-shirts he had on in his pictures that he always wears haha but other than that I don't think I would notice anyone I know on here

We were looking at a profile once and thought they'd used pictures of me but the woman just looked very much like me. Similar hair and body shape. It would be very easy to make a mistake.

I'm about 80% sure I've recognised somebody I know from the tatts on his upper arm. I see him around fairly regularly and the next time I see him in short sleeves then I'll know for sure. The location on his profile is not so far from where he actually lives.

If it is him then he's one to be stayed away from.

Yes I do and have done. Thankfully I've little more tacked and brain cells than the fuckwit who recognise me in the Trafford centre a while back. Obviously with my face pics public I've nothing I feel the need to hide and couldn't careless who's seen me on here family or friends but I'd rather not explain to my child who that guy was calling me bladey or what fab was that he said he'd seen me on. The brain dead fucking freak.....

I see some people's profile photos that are very obviously taken in their home. Any friends of theirs who visit their homes will definetly be able to recognise them.

People should really consider what is in the background on their photos if they are worried about discretion.

I’ve recognised people without face pics. Either through sending me pics that are on Facebook but with their heads cut off or by knowing them really well, through tattoos and from the background and I’ve been in their house. (I’ve recognised quite a few!)

I doubt I’d recognise you out and about on the street but I was a friend who’d already been in your house then I guess that would give stuff away. I have realised I know someone on here from one of their photos but even though they have face shots it was something else completely that made me realise it was them!

Really distinct tattoos would be a give away especially on a lady as they are much more distinct when a lady has noticeable tattoos. I find myself wandering around looking for certain ones of members I have seen the profiles of in my local area just to see if I spot them out and about.

Brighton - even Hove!

I recognised a lady in a Costa in Brighton once from her tattoo - I walked past her and said ‘fab tattoo’ and she grinned. I’d never ‘out’ someone even if I recognised them. I’d expect the same.

I'd love to come across someone I know, would never tell them I had (unless I want to know them differently!) but I dread anyone recognising me from here! Especially my ex as he could do it without a face pic I'm pretty sure
