I feel like I'm getting shorter. Pick kids up from school and I'm taller than them (junior school) but when the senior school lets the kids out I feel like I'm one of the juniors looking up at all the 'big kids'

Nearly every man I've ever been with has been 6'0" to 6'6" (with the odd exception ... Must have been lucky

Does make me laugh tho on some fab profiles who say they are 6'3", then you meet them and they're 5'11" or less ... Bless them x

People do seem taller these days. A few years ago at a local dump, a lady was asking me about my height, then said her son was over there. He came over, she was asking me how tall I was when I was 13 cos that's how old he was. And this lad was big tall like 6ft3, not much shorter than me.

Was so shocked when he spoke cos his voice hadn't broken, and because when I was his age I was around 5ft6!

Oh definitely, but it is a mixture of both genetics and environment.

Some of our traits such as height are due to our genetic makeup, more exactly to a mix of genes of both our parents. However, even though someone has the key genes to influence ones height, the environment -diet- will influence that characteristic as well.

As much as the hereditary genome of a plant determined its colour or shape, if the plant doesn't get sufficient water, it will not reach its full potential.

Spent some time in Japan. Lived in a traditional Japanese house in an old part of Kyoto for a few weeks. Low ceilings everywhere. Am told it was constantly amusing.

I don't remember much about it.

It's all relative I prefer ladies that are slim no bigger than say a size 14 but if there was a girl who was slim and had an amazing body but I wasn't attracted to her face then I wouldn't go there

6'4 and it's plenty. Apart from the aforementioned difficulty finding trousers that fit, the office I work in is in a very old buildingnand I have to duck to get through doorways.
